Toying with the idea of opening up another shop. I would like to bring Mmats equipment to the West Coast. But I need to experiment with there stuff before I jump in with both feet.

Very nice setup man, I'm repairing a 3000.1 right now. 4 of the power mosfets went down on a friends setup.

I thought you said Mmats fixed it for free.

Two MTX 9500 15"s and a blown Mmats 3000.1 for 400.00, sent the amp to Mmats and it was FREE to fix!!! Sold it for 1000.00

yea, im pretty happy with it, will be a lot happier once i get the ported box built for it which should be happening before the 1st, there is a comp the second so ill have some vids from that, as long as it gets done. just made another 200 dollar knu order to get everything finished, really cant wait, this has been in the works for a little while, it took me almost a month to talk geoff into selling me that amp, and had to buy him a 40.1 to get it.

either way. i had to work my a.ss off for that amp, and its not going anywhere any times soon.

I really hope not I want it to stay with you now. It needs to settle down and have a family of 150+ dbs to take care of.

They did fix the one I had for free it was still under the warranty. This amp I'm fixing is not, they are wanting to charge him 175-325 to fix it plus shipping your looking at about 200-350. My cost is way way cheaper lol. 

Is it actually a typical problem with that model of amp, or were they just pushed too hard.
