Mmats D3000.1 or Kicker ZX2500.1 or Orion 2500d

I want the amp that will put out the most watts with the lowest current draw. Something that will work good on a not to modified electrical system. I will be upgrading down the road but I will have 2 batteries and Big 3. Will be street C dbdrag....

Space isn't an issue, all are close to the same price for me. Ive never used Mmats or Orion but Kicker has always been good to me.

I've heard different things about how it handles 1 ohm, but I can tell you for sure once I get mine in the mail I imagine that it will take it well at low volumes, but might pop in and out of protect if driven hard. You'll likely be fine with impedance rise.

true, depending on IMP rise, you can run it at 1.33 fine

Kicker is the most efficient hands down.

Had experience with the amps mentioned, Kicker would easily be my choice.

he's right.....i used a kx 2500.1 (same board)....it handled 2 red tops and a 90 amp stock alty/big 3 done. ALSO did this at .7ohm dcr / 1ohm daily....ALSO at 12v with TONS of daily use. i ran it hard daily, rarely dipped under 12v and rarely got past warm. seriously a **** efficent amp...and the zx is better than the kx anyways //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Thanks guys I was leaning towards the ZX2500.1, Kicker amps have been very good to me but Ive yet to buy and amp over 1500W so I wasn't sure what would be best. I really didn't feel like buying too many batteries my explorer is filling up fast.

Would it work good with "Big 3" and 2 batteries under the hood? I can't afford a new Alt. for a good few months now, which doesn't matter when I compete but still would be nice.
