whats would a mmats d3000.05 play at .7 ohms? this amps is stable to .5 ohms and the specs say it pushes out 2500 @ .5 ohms but I know mmats are underated.

If it does 2500@.5 it should do around 1800 @ .7. Output voltage for the gains is the same.

yeah I didn't think it would be that much of a lose in watts.

Power vs impedance isn't a linear curve. It would only do 1250 @ 1 ohm.
