Wiring it down will cause more strain on your voltage, so you need to make sure you have the voltage to accommodate the extra strain.

Voltage, you will need to keep your voltage up. Ideally 14volts but realistically if you can keep your voltage up above 12.5 you should be good. How you keep your voltage up is by adding extra batts, multiple runs of power and ground wire, high output alt. I am not saying you need all of this, you will just have to test it out and see....

they should put in the specs ( YOU CAN RUN THIS AMP AT ANY OHM LOAD, AS LONG AS THE VOLTAGE IS UP, NERVER MIND THE 1 OHM WARNING.) until they do, just run it at spec.
