Anyone have any of these or know anything about them? What sub would they compare to? Are they worth the money?

I ran Mmats amps in the late 90's.. They were great but the companies customer service sucked big hairy donkey balls. Made me never wanna touch them again. But... (theres always a but..) A friends shop is picking them up and is willing to sell me one at cost.
