Mixed Loads

idk either, id like to know as well. cause there are 3 ohm vc's and odd numbers like that, but theyre on one sub. but i think i seen somewhere else its not good, but never explained why.

Someone has done this before and just won't admit it. Everyone was a noob at one time so someone tell me whats the deal with this please

wire it up and get a dmm. if you don't have one then go buy one, that way the rest of us can know //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

yes, you can wire the dual 2ohm as 4ohm, and the dual 4ohm as 2ohm, giving 1/(1/2 + 1/4) = 4/3 ohm.

in neither case would the speakers get equal power, limiting usefulness. This is not something you would plan to do.
