mix amp (used vs new)?

is it ok to mix a new amp and a used amp if they're both the same exact model?

also, is it bad if one side of the mounting tabs have been bent? will this affect performance?

mixing a new and used amp should not be a problem... people add new amps to thier systems (used) all the time. as far as the bent tabs go, it depends "how" they were bent... was the amp dropped? if so, was any internal damaged caused? why is some selling a used (bent tabs) amp anyway?
