I would have thanked him had he killed Osama Bin Hiding. Otherwise, Al Qaeda is just sitting low gathering money and bombs. It is just a matter of time before they strike again. Bush did not really do much other than slow them down a little. If he really wanted to take out the threat, he would have stayed away from Iraq and took out Osama when he had the chance.

Have you ever had an original thought in your life? Or are you a mere sheep? It is OK if you are a sheep. There are many like you. They never figure things out for themselves, they only follow as told by others. It is people like you that allow people like Bush to remain in power. He was left unchecked for 8 years to bury this country.

Don't get me wrong. I love the USA. I love it so much that I hate Bush for ruining our good name around the world. We used to be looked up to. Now everyone hates us.

The housing crisis was somewhat Bush's fault as well. Remember back in 2003 when he told us all to go and spend spend spend. Buy a house. Run up your charge cards. It is good for America.

The Iraq war was a personal vendetta, plain and simple. He used 9/11 to gain public support for his cause. Now we are $1.8 trillion in debt because he wanted to look good for daddy.

Katrina was his fault. He was the President and it happened under his watch. Not one single life was lost due to the actual hurricane. Everyone that died in NO died due to the floods, which were a direct result of poor human planning. There were many reports for years before Katrina hit that the levies were failing and it was a matter of time before a huge flood would wipe out the entire area. His administration did nothing to prevent an easily preventable catastrophe.

Dude, you are half right here. The hurricane did not cause one single death. It was not a natural disaster. It was a engineering failure. Plain and simple. The fact that we had many reports for years asking for the US Army Corp of Engineers to fix the levies (Federal System FYI) and they refused time and time again, that seems to point to the guy in charge. That would be Bush.

Now if you want to talk about the aftermath, I agree that the Mayor has some blood on his hands as well. The citizens knew in advance about the pending danger because of the levies, but they had no resources to leave. If you don't have a car or money, how are you supposed to leave? If the Feds had fixed the levies years ago, there would have been no need to evacuate. Therefore it is their responsibility to provide transport for those who cannot provide for themselves. They failed that as well.

Then the whole Katrina trailer scandal that sickened many people due to poisonous trailers was just the nail in the coffin. It was a perfect storm of cluster fucks all around. It all starts with the guy in charge, Bush.
