Missed Apt charges???

i never heard of charges if you miss an apt. but i never missed an apt, so im good.

i thought it was a known fact for missing an apointment they shouldint have to tell you. i gues you learned about it the hard way . how much is the fee? af far as being late . 15 minutes early is on time so you would have been 5 min early if you went my that scale. you probably could have called and been like hey im sitting in traffic and they would have held your apointment

and thats what they did. They gave it to another guy 1st while i was there. and most probably they did that seoncd time too. it's $25. If that policy was stated to me as a patient i would pay--even if it was 100

but since they never did that--i think its unfair.

I think it's unfair that you wasted their time and someone elses.

If it's such a good Dr. then I'm sure they have a cancellation list... if you can't make it in time one of those people would have gladly done it and paid.

Call it a lesson learned and pay the $25. (and consider yourself lucky... most places I know of charge $50 and don't even bother with the 1-free rule)

I find it hard to believe that the first bill didn't state anything in regards to the waiver on the first offense. Along with a description of the feeable contingency.
