Not sure if its worth it to sell my dc 3.5k and get a matching soundqubed amp and do a full soundqubed setup. The guts for the 4500.1 looks similar to my dc3.5k, not sure how much of a noticeable upgrade it would be.

Even if it was a full 1k more than the dc, i doubt you would notice it all that much. But you are one amp away from having a full matching setup, lol.

I live in cali so tax is like $70 so i preffer buying from non stores to save on that. Every dollar saved is a dollar put into my truck!

You might want to ask for refunds. Cause I order from them and have never been taxed. Unless I lived in OK.
