Wow man, if I was you I would have tried to make the box as "square" as possible to avoid all those crazy angles and little pieces of wood.

It would really **** for one of those little pieces to crack and rattle/leak.

nothing wrong with it...its going to be glassed throughout the whole interior of the box...and all the square angles will be rounded before glassing, for the best airflow...not a single piece is just "glued" in place....they're all screwed and glued in....nothing will just break apart....if anything, the little pieces add a little bit of strength...they dont move at all...very solid...
