no they wont. other MINI owners have painted theres with no clear coat and its fine. my friend rattle canned his stock rims on a dodge dakota, and theyre fine...

incorrect. like i said, other MINI owners have painted the same rims, on the same car, on the same size tires, and have had no problems in 1-2+ years.

if you experienced chipping from wheels you painted, then you didn't "paint like that"

now lets see them on the car.

Nice work man. but might chip over time sand blasted though works much better. but be sure to put up pics of them how they look on your ride man nice work though.

they were sand blasted down to the metal completely. they were going to be powder coated, but they didnt fit in his machine, and only an idiot will take it elsewhere vs painting for 60 bux total.
