E40 is the most garbage "rapper" out...Z-ro is the best rapper in Houston and is a lot better lyrically...i wouldnt even call that crap music it just flat out sucks.

Yes i have heard some e 40 before this album, but i just dont like him. I listened to the whole album, but it just wasnt my thing i guess.
