I've been reading some of the "work logs" and stuff, and have seen lot's of mentions to "mid-bass"

Yet I have heard not to mix sub sizes... OR is it that youcan mix them, b/c you are playing them at dif. freq.???\

Also what does "mid-bass" do for you? Fill in a "gap"??? Should I really worry about it? Would I be good with my three way speakers?

you have to send the correct frequencies to them. usually subs play 20-80, and midbass plays 80-250 (or higher) Also, midbass tends to be in the front, not in the back with the subs.
IMO, I'd prefer to have the sub play only 30hz and down

So you can do what exactly? Strain your midbass drivers and put your sub out of a good chunk of work that it could handle with ease compared to the midbass and still not be directional. Sounds like a great idea to me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
