Midbass speakers best for reproducing subbass, choices?

I am looking for a midbass speaker which reproduces excellent sub bass as well as midbass. Three choices came to mind immediately:

Adire Extremis

XXX mids

Ology Audio's Prototype 6.5's

Judging by the specs, the Extremis seems to be the best choice, but not by much. I wanted to see what people with real world experience with the drivers think would be the best choice.

Any comments or input would be really appreciated.

There are some 8" subs that work well with midbass duties. Beals 8s if you can get your hands on them. Lord knows I won't give up mine. =)

Apart from that, I'd sugguest waiting for Feandil's (Ology Audio) comps to be released. Mostly for the price, but with so many of them being sold at once a lot of useful install techniques for getting good low end will pop up as well.
