so im finally done with my indash install which turned int a whole system
originally i was gonna install the indash alone
in the in the process i did
indash avic-x910bt
4 channel amp
sub amp
replace sub
add backup camera.
the speakers turned out to be 2 ohm which i did not really plan for.
so the system consists of
the head unit(cd/tuner)
cd changer in the glovebox
amplifier in the bottom right corner of the trunk
6.5 components up front
6.5 coax rear doors
3' center speaker(the top heatvents are plugged for some reason)
10' subwoofer
all audio components are connected ith optical cable.
so i hooked up the door speakers and sub
speakers were 2.5 ohm so i had to use a 4 channel
after powering it up and testing it i found that it lacks mids, mid/highs
and realized that the 3' center dash speaker and 2 3' speakers in the trunk lid were for that reason- to provide the midrange and surround.
it would be ok if i had 4 speakers then i could just run them off deck power andbe done with it...
but theres only one speaker up front and 2 in the back.
i can power the back ones with caps in stereo mode
but what do i do with the front center?
is there a circuit that will sum up the front channels into one output without shutting down the deck amplifier?
