memphis pr70.2

i just bought this memphis amp. and its rated at 35x2 rms at 4 ohms so i bought it becuase my dealer said it would make my speakers scream and would be alot better than what my eclipse head unit was putting off. after i installed it, it was like there was no change at all and it was a little quiter than stock. i have set my gains and my hpf filter settings and everything and i was wondering if there was anythign i could do to it or anythign to make it louder. my dealer said i couldnt bring it back also so i guess im stuck with it.
