memphis pr1kd Dc offset???

My buddy had this amp and i bought it off him, i heard it and it works flawlessly, but when i hook it up now it reads the DC offset, but its still green, and i cant get any sound of it. what does dc offset mean?

anyone? how do i bypass the dc offset fault???

Did you ever find an answer to this? I have the same amp with the same issue.

It had a DC in outputs (higher then a specific threshold - which is less then few millivolts), a constant voltage on speaker terminals without inputs connected to anything. It's very common amplifiers failure, can be very dangerous for a speaker connected to it.
