Memphis or JL?

Which of the following 2 would be the best for me to buy? I listen to various types of music and want something that will sound good, loud, and last a while.

why those two/ havent you heard of fi (forum boner) its good stuff. Theres way more out there. whats you actual price range?

i run all the power refrence stuff in my truck, and i love it!

its hard to beat 4 the money against the JL's.

I just picked up one 12W3v3 and im very happy with it, i also listen to all kinds of music, and it works with all of them. If you want to listen to rap it will beat pretty hard, even though you wont be heard down the street. If you want to listen to classic rock it stills sounds very nice and is not overpowering bass at all, sounds very blended.

JL, Memphis, and Rockford are what's available locally, but Memphis wasn't available until just a couple months ago. About the other brands... I've been "out of the game" for about 8 years and just now getting back in, so it will take a while for me to get back up to speed and know what's good.

I have run JL before and liked them (although I do realize there are much better brands out there), but the Memphis stuff is about half the money of the JL stuff.

i had the kickers i think comp's the suspension on those got loose after a few months and they would bottom out way easy
