3.5" coil is an odd size. Depends on the price. I wouldn't spend more then $250 on one new if I wanted to try one out. Lots of better woofers out there for the money then this Memphis

I actually agree with you and the mojos are priced high for the mojo 5 12 i paid 286 and that was a half price sale.. so they usually run 500 or close to it. i know memphis has a pretty impressive lineup of subs this year id like to try the bass reference series but im not paying msrp on anything from them..
