Memphis MCA2004 v. Ref 405......

Wondering which will be more advantageous for my setup.

Currently am running (2) sets of mc-6 6.5" door speakers, and a 12" Memphis SVC sub off of the Memphis 16-MCA2004 amp that's rated at 50x4. Running all the door speakers off of the front 2 channels, rear 2 channels bridged to the sub (had it all professionally installed).

My question is, will a Soundstream Reference 405 be able to outgun my Memphis? I like that it is an all in one amp, but I've heard that most 5-ch amps blow the sub channel, and I like the fact that my stuff now is covered under warranty for another year. But I'm pondering the idea of selling it since I found a really good deal on the Reference 405 ($100 shipped), but wanted to see what the guru's on here thought.
