Memphis M3 vs AQ HDC3

my local car audio shop keeps saying memphis m3's '08 version are wayyy better than aq hdc3, he wont build me a box if i do get them lol,

which ones are louder? and good at hitting lows?

How about Fi SSD, he even said Fi wont help me out if something happens to the sub even though i read stories about people needing recones and tinsels slap and fi fixes them

go with the aq hdc315 i just got 2 and they slam hard

yup, i got 3 in my closet and i had 2 kinetiks 2400 for 1 amp, those subs take a a lot of power

The power your asking for will require electrical upgrades no matter what the company.

Even though im a huge memphis fan, there is no comparison there HDC3's is the answer.

First off, ask the installer what box he plans to build for the M3.

Ask when/where he heard an HDC3.

What vehicle, power, box, etc.

Back him into a corner and strike.

looks like ill be going with AQ after all my memphis pr just blew on me, had it exact power it was rated 250.. hopfully AQ can do better then this
