I just ordered these and r on their way. Im just wondering r they better than L7's?

They handle 1500 watts/750rms each and has a 228oz magnet. They also disassemble to repair. Did I make a good choice? Oh and they will be hooked up to a memphis 16-Mc2000d@ 2ohms .

i'm not sayin they bad, but i'm not saying they r great. I had a friend who use to owne e 15' M3 and they sounded pretty good and got really ****ing loud i think like 149 or 150dbs or something.

I ordered them from a memphis Dealer how much they run for? Im paying 600 for both and 300 for a custom ported box to exact specification they need. I have a burban so it wont be hard to put it in.

Dispair what r u pushing it with?

hey kustom, I'm using the MCA500D in parallel to push it. I honestly think the box is just a pos, so I may be scrapping it and making a whole new one. I paid dirt cheap for the parts, but got ***** with the labor. the box will be fiberglassed and painted thats pretty cheap to me. aint it?
