memphis m class power. under or over rated???

hey guys are the memphis m class amps like the belle 1300mcd or the 500mcd under rated or over rated? just curious. do they put out more than they say they do? thanks.

does it matter? only thing that matters is that they put out rated power and is of good quality.

underrated...i have seen an mcd1000 bench out at 1350 so yes, underrated.
