Memphis HPO's?

Anyone know anything about them? Got a friend that would sell me 2 15" with a box for 150. Is this a good deal? So far I been looking around and they seem to have been out for a while now. I haven't seen them or heard them but I will this weekend. Are they worth it, etc

HPO's are great woofers, for 150 id snatch them up fast. in my opinion there better than the M3's we had very very few problems with them @ my old shop.
