Memphis HPO 12s

i have 2. one is flawless. one just stopped working. i have NO idea whats wrong. might send it in to memphis to get it checked out. theres an authorized dealer near my house that could check it out too and if someone wanted it, i could have the dealer email you saying exactly whats wrong. how much do you guys think these are worth?

I wouldn't count on memphis being too helpful with something this old. Seems like I tried to contact them about this exact same sub a few years back and more or less was told unless its under warranty(which these probably are too old for that) that I was pretty much SOL. PSI could probably rebuild it though. 2.5 inch coil from what I remember and rated for 300 rms I believe. I sent double that to mine and it took it like a champ. Nice older sub you got there.
