Memphis belle

I have the chance to buy a Memphis Belle for $300+shipping. I can't decide if I want to do it or not. It would replace my MA Audio and my Us Amps. Do you guys think this would be a good switch. I have a complete sound quality set up. I think I could probably sell my 2 amps for about the same amount of money. Just looking for your guy's input.

300 for the big belle is a great deal,if u need 5 channels
