Memphis is an old brand, been around since the early 80's under their original name Fultron.

yeah like i said there subs are great i bought my m calss from a guy that was pushing 800 watts to it rms. and there like 200 rms i think. scroder, im looking for something with a little bit more rms at 4ohms
