k well i went and looked and i can trade in my amp for memphis m class 2 channel 250 watt amp plus 70 bucks.. do u think thats good??

Nevermind, just noticed the 2F2F amp you got there.. I wouldnt go for the trade. That amp is better, at least reliablity wise than what you have now, but there will not be enough difference between the two amplifiers IMO.

I am not really sure. I do know that the mclass series of amps is pretty good though. But 250 watts isnt that much. Why dont you get a more powerful one?
