Rated for 1ohm,i've run them at .5ohm with no problems. But have to have the electrical to back it up, for sure. And that is .5ohm before imp rise. Final ohm would be a little higher.

you can use them to burp lower than .5 but you better have a hell of a battery bank

2 or 3 of either would be ok for daily beating probably

.5 daily would need probably 2 3100s in the rear, at least. I run 2 4kws, i have a 3100 in the front, and 2 Batcap 8400 in the back.
