memphis 16st1000d problems need some help

ok here is the scenario had the 1000d hooked up about 6 months ago working fine removed from the car and hooked it back up six months later and amp flashes the protect light and the relay in the amp clicks will not power up what could be wrong and how does an amp go tits up sitting on a shelf in a climate controlled building any feedback would be apprecciated

wow that's odd, have you checked to see if all the wiring was still good and no frays and whatnot? nothing should have happened to it sitting in a/c for 6 months, was there a lot of dust where it was?

no and all the wiring is all good hooked up the memphis and nothing hooked up the zrs10 and bangin i do not know what the problem could be its weird

Hmmm honestly. Put it in another car to eliminate the car as a problem to it. and past that. touched wires. Or maybe it was dropped in storage

took the amp to shop for bench test they said it was junk put zrs10 in same car same wiring and it works fine amp was not dropped either i dont understand it

yes it does and i am pissed that memphis amps have a shelf life because it was a good amp i am sad to see that it has gone to the other side poor thing LOL

yes yes i could but i will just have it repaired b4 anything
