Memphis cost almost twice as much as DEI, is it worth the extra bucks?

Looking to pick up one of these to run a set of Seas Lotus Ref or if there is any other suggestions that have similar specs?

on the arse end that memphis owns about any multi channel hybrid i know of

when i had my memphis it made my xxx sound nice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif and my lights didnt dim unlike the kx1200 and sx1250
