Memphis 16-MCD1000

hey ive got 2 re audio se 12s and im gonna have them in a ported box and was wondering if the memphis 16-mcd1000 amp would be a good amp to power these subs and if it would give them enough power. thanks for any help in advance

that should sound good, as long as you have the right coils for that amp (dual 4 i assume you would need since that is a 1 ohm power amp)

yea the se is dual 4 ohm and ive been told that a amp with about 1200 rms x1 at 1 ohm would work good with those subs and was wondering if thats a good amp

the amp is crap unless you have it wired to 1ohm which is what i had

so yeah its good

alright cause ive been thinkin about gettin the memphis amp and wasnt sure if i should get another one instead of it
