Mel's Movie

why to people get all psycho about one little movie. Talking about it being anti-sematic or what ever bull shit . People need to wake up, Its just a movie. The movie planet of the apes says that monkeys are going to rule us one day, and people dont got all puissed off about that.
whats the difference?? we dont worship monkey, numbnuts

its the 3rd highest grossing movie in opening day

in same category as lord of rings and star wars 1

totals: 23.6million+3million (private screening) = 26.6 million

it was the best movie i have ever seen but yet i will never see that movie again - i have those images now to co-inside w/my previous images in my mind & from what i've read and been taught, and finallly believe

The movie's potrayal of what happened seems to be ok, although I haven't seen it yet.

BUT, as far as the people playing the roles it is a GROSS representation. ABSOLUTELY GROSS.

If any of you have seen the very first images of Jesus and the people of Israel you will know what I mean. They were somewhere between typical African and typical Negro in complexion. And they had hair that was nappy, not straight.

And as far as offending the people called Jews. They aren't even decendants of the ancient tribe of Judah, they are Khazars from Europe.

I'm not mad at Mel, because he probably doesn't know any different, just like majority of America. The picture everyone sees that is SUPPOSED to be Jesus is a man named Ceasar Borgia, son of Pope Alexander the 6th painted by Leonardo and Michaelangelo during the Renisance. Now people just walk around thinking that that was an accurate display of Jesus' appearance, when really everyone is looking at an Italian.

I like Mel's hart in wanting to portray how it happened, being a believer in Jesus, but I hope the film flops and gets no money whatsoever. I have yet to see an ALL AROUND accurate portrayal of those events.

this is a forum and u are intitled to ur opinion whether wrong or right. - the events in the movie were true - some were overdrawn but yet none of us were really there, again as i said before ..... it was a very good movie (probably the best) but i will never watch it again.

as far as gross - that isn't even close to it.....

from what i've read and history states, this movie is like sponge bob to what takes place in a acutal crus

I hear ya.

I would just like to see a movie where the so-called Jamaicans, Haitians, Negroes, Cubans & Ashanti play the people of Israel. Now THAT would be a VERY ACCURATE representation, as far as the people playing the roles goes.

I mean, it's not a bid deal to most, but to me it's aggravating.

Either way it goes, the Savior of the world is the Savior of the world, and he went through Hell to pay for OUR sins, but I'd like him to be represented accurately in every aspect. That's all.

But of coarse, that's my opinion.

I just saw this movie, and WOW! It was actually a good movie, very gory/graphic. It had some good scenes. The table scene cracked me up, the one where he builds the table!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Mel Sure Did Get A Lot Of Money From That Movie...

All That Hard Work Paid Off...

Some Would Call It A Blessing.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
