Our calculated average unit cost is $346. (averaged out across all the alternators we sell)

For each alternator, it is a $30 donation. That means on average, we are donating back 8.6% of the GROSS sale. Considering our profit margin is only a fraction of the gross, it is actually a substantial contribution from the company's earnings.

As far as I am concerned....anyone in poverty in the US is there by choice. Anyone in a 3rd world country should be getting birth control.....not food and water.

I agree 100%. That is why efforts are also made to educate these people as well.

Even people who live below the "poverty level" in the U.S., have a quality of live 100 times better than anyone in a third world country. People here have options for assisitance; assistance that they usually abuse. (food stamps, WIC, SS, disability, state provided health care for single mothers, etc...) People in third world countries have NO options. They can work as hard as they want, and still not have enough to eat. That is NOT the case, anywhere in the U.S.

People in the states think that poverty is getting their home foreclosed on and having to move into a less than ideal apartment or government housing. Maybe your car gets re-poed and you have to take the bus. While those are unfortunate things to happen to someone, you can always get a job at McDonalds and have a roof over your head in government subsidized housing or a shelter. The worst living conditions in the U.S. are STILL a hundred times better than living in a shanty fashioned out of particle board and tarps, scooping drinking water out of a ditch contaminated with human *****.

And the reason some people in other countries might want to stab Americans in the spleen: Because we would rather hoard another lousy $30 to put even more rediculously gigantic speakers in our car than help a fellow man who is starving to death.

Put yourself in their shoes- is it really that hard to at least try treat others as you would want to be treated yourself? Heck, we arn't even asking anyone to donate anything, and people are pissed off at us, just for trying to help someone out. If you really gave a crap about your fellow Americans, you would be using the time you waste being negative towards other causes and trolling the forums for umteen hours a day to provide assistance for people here.

PM me about a 2nd alternator.
I hit up iraggi about it but it's been 4 weeks with no reply.

I want to send in my alternator/ac bracket so you can mount a 350-400amp alternator (hopefully 400amps @ 1800)
Or i would be fine with a 270amp. I just figured I'd go with a 350-400 amp incase I ever want to double my power.

I already mounted my stock 90 amp in the a/c spot. but because the mounts angles forward. the alternator hit my bottom radiator hose. So I wasn't able to put it in.

I just need you grab an alternator and set what bolts right up to the mount and I will take it. My buddy will take care of getting it to lean backwards to avoid the hose.

vehicle is a 1991 volkswagen jetta 1.8l
I have 1 380a alt but looking to add another
The only requirements is that the alternator works on a single exciter wire.

Food and water.. are great but nothing beats the lols you'd get from a preteen armed with a Kalashnikov

I need a HO alternator for my truck. It's an '02 Ram 1500 with the 4.7 V8. PM me some prices if you don't mind. I'm only running 1500w so I don't need anything massive. The 136A stock just isn't cutting it.
