.....well me personally, want to buy a house when I can afford a nice one in a good area. Til then I like my lakefront apartment better then owning a house. My boy bought a nice little house in bum**** north carolina and yeah he's gaining equity, but he's broke all the time, can't do shit, and he hates the area. So much better to wait til u make enough to afford a mortgage and a life or have a joint income, but thats just my input, not dumping on the thread or anything....

Nice house but i dont like the desert part lol.. def. get a pool to take up some of that backyard. And i dont like the cabinets either, they look too old for a 07 house. Congrats though. id hit it
