It's all in were its located at. My parents house back in FL is quit a bit of money compared to a house twice the size up here in Montana. But I still woulden't live up here if I diden't have to though!

No it isn't. In fact for cali, it is **** cheap. Of course he is in the desert though. Put that house in any familiar cali spot and the price would rise to 600k-700k. Around here that home would fetch around 250k.

It is weird that they did granite c-tops on basic flat-panel square-finish oak cabinets (I used to be a GC, so I notice that crap). Also, not hating on the inexpensive cabinets- mine look exactly the same...

I like the layout. Are you fixed at that 6% or is it variable?
