Mdf Sizes??

Home Depot i think only goes up to .75" MDF well at least in my area. Where could you buy thicker board at?

2" is the largest size I know of...

Special order from lumber yards, and drop shipping is required. A 2" thick board weighs somewhere around 400lbs for a standard 4x8 sheet.

Double up ? liquid nails in between and screws would make 1 1/2 inches
