We use it with the 6" long tips when we reconstruct stock door panels after we do inserts or re-upholstery.

yep- good all around gun.. like i said- i highly recommend it to anyone who does any decent amount of re coning/speaker building... the upholstery idea is a good one.. i guess i never thought of it outside of the car audio arena, lol

also- i wouldnt use less than 6" tips for much of anything

Yeah, we'll take the panels completely apart, break all the plastic welds and such from the factory.

Then wrap, or re-wrap with whatever we need... and use the Gun with 2part Epoxy to assemble back together.
