BK most of the time. When I want to go the cheaper route, I hit up McDonalds dollar menu as they seem to have a better selection.

I get a side salad and a grilled chicken sandwich from BK twice a week, so not too fatening.

McDonalds I go to maybe twice a month and hit up their Dbl cheeseburgers and value fry. I really need to not go there at all.

I dont eat either often, but usuallly MCD if i do.

MCD-Chicken Mcnuggets and a double 1/4 pounder, sprite/root beer/Dr.Pepper.

BK-Double whopper and fries.

In the town by me that has them everything is crap. Sonic, BK, Wendy's, MCD, all of them are horrible, so its crap or crap.

EDIT: Subway is the SHIT too. I love that place, but I havent been there in 9 months.

I don't usually eat at either, but it happens.I'd have to say my vote goes to Burger King, no question. Their burgers have never made me sick, and taste respectable for fast food.

I'll go to McDonalds for fries, but their burgers make me sick.

i think jack in the box has the best fries honestly. and their curly fries are even better.
