After thinking it over i decided i do need more power. But i think im going with an AQ1200 there $270, think there worth the extra coin?

If you ask me, no. Either will put out rated, and the install/box/sub will make the biggest differences in SQ and SPL. Ive got nothing bad to say about the ONYX 1500D, so I really dont see the point in spending $100 more for and amp thats rated 1200w and will likely put out 1500w, where the ONYX 1500D is rated 1500w and does about 1600-1700w.
