I've been looking at shallow-mount 10s and think I pretty much have it narrowed down to these two models. Each is rated for 400W RMS, though I'm looking to maintain as much SQ as possible while getting loud. I haven't decided if I'll go with a single 10 in a corner enclosure (I have a Subaru Impreza Outback Sport) or (2) 10s, one under each of the front seats, but I do plan to buy within the next few days.

Anyone have any experience with these that could make the comparison?

Runners up would probably be the Memphis 15-Sc10D4 (I looked at a dozen different models but I'm trying to keep costs to under $150/sub).

I will also be picking up a new amp but I haven't selected one yet. Can we make these comparisons assuming that the amp is matched to the RMS (400W on each of the first 2, 300W on the Memphis)?
