Surface scratches. Noticeable in the right light which I tried to capture as best as possible with my phone. Contact me if you want more pics. Definitely not doing any returns based on cosmetics. Mountine feet obviously although the endcaps cover it.
Mechanical 10/10. Bought this off Spooney a while back, only got power to test it, never actually used it in my car otherwise. Manufacturer sticker shows that it has been opened up. Spooney opened it up to get gut shots for someone before I got it, nothing has been tampered with inside.
