Maybe Stupid Maybe not, 4 10's or 2 12's?

First off, I'd like opinions on the new Ascendant lineup, I'm looking into it and they seem to be pretty **** awesome for their pricing.

SQL in mind

Orion 1200d as amp

(4) 10" Assassins sealed with 300w rms to each sub

vs

(2) 12" Arsenals sealed with 600w rms to each sub

It's a dilemma I'm having, I was told the Assassins will have more output, and I know that it'd look pretty **** cool, but I'm just nto sure. All opinions welcomed.

I just want the best overall SQL, I know any of the choices will sound good, but the output is important. I love my SQ but then again I still need my bass.

I posted the same thing a while back. Different subs, but the 4 10s vs. 2 12s argument. Everyone seemed to go for the 4 10s for SQ as well as SPL. I ened up getting a crazy deal on 3 10s and just went with that. Id do the 4 10s personally with thoose options.

i dont know y u wud seal them tho...ported could also mean More SQ and more output so think about that too

Going in a hatchback, it'd be hard and very awkward to build a ported box, sealed is much, much easier. And it's also more money for a ported enclosure(I'm not building myself)

No hippocritical viewpoints about "its so easy do it yourself" I know how I just cant work with fiberglass and I dont wanna screw this up, it's an irregular shape. Anywho, back to the post. 4 10's is kickin *** so far, not necessarily in the poll but also according to what people are suggesting off the forum.
