Never heard a maw but i think cvrs **** and are weak subs. Id keep the hx2s over cvrs any day of the week.

Hm, i wouldnt go that far ad say they **** and are weak. They wont win you any competitions, but they are great beginner subs by all means.

I would have to say MAW-12's on this one... I recently bought 2 of em, put them in a 4cuft-32hz box and i must say they really suprised me- cant beat em for the price
