Mattress recommendations?

Not going to lie, price tags on the Tempurpedics are justified, they are made to last well over 10 years if taken care of, hence the long *** warranty on them (believe it is an odd ball number like 17 years). Wife has back and hip issues so I let her pick it out, not realizing what I gotten myself in to. 5k later we had a new mattress set and simple bed rails. Can't sleep well on any other bed now.

I actually had a Tempurpedic bed, and I knew I hated it from the first night. I was forced to keep it for 90 days, so that was 3 months of waking up drenched in sweat with a sore back. I've never had back problems, and my back killed me for the 3 months that I had to sleep on the Tempurpedic.

I switched over to a latex mattress, and have had no issues since.
