Same sht happened here a few days ago, some whacko shot a cop while he was handcuffed, ran through the woods and either shot himself or the gun went off and killed him.

A veteran Philadelphia police officer was shot in the head as he walked in on a robbery at an East Oak Lane Dunkin' Donuts on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., police said.
The robbery and ensuing shooting happened at 66th and Broad Street in Philadelphia, marking the third officer to be shot this week.

The unidentified officer was rushed to a city hospital but his condition was not immediately available. He is an officer with the 35th District.

The shooter ran away after the shooting and police are still searching for him. Authorities shut down a section of Broad Street as the manhunt intensified. NBC Chopper 10 captured images of a large group of officers and a canine searching a nearby residential area.

Authorities did not immediately release any other details. NBC10.com will continue to update the situation as more information filters in.
And most of the philly cops I've ever been in contact with, and it's been quite a few in my 26 yrs, are cool as shit. They don't mess with you unless you start giving them an attitude or doing something real serious. I don't know how many times cops would come into the bars I would be in because of a fight or whatever, find weed or cole on people and just make them stomp it out on the ground, or throw it in the sewer.

Another example, a lot of people in philly ride around with junkyard tags, no license, no insurance, etc... and a lot of cops would just tell my boys to park it up, and don't let them see us riding around again. Now thats in the 24th and 25th(kensington, north philly) but there are certain districts people from my neighborhood knew not to get pulled over/come in contact with the cops. Mainly in the northeast, like the 2nd/15th, them cops are gung ho about being cops.

isnt their a difference between messing with you because for a loud stereo or flasy ride and getting shot in the head for doing their job? im not real big on cops harrassin because ive been harassed before but to say that the cop deserved to get shot is idiotic.
