K so i have one of these amps hooked up to 2.01ohm on 9 eD13Ov.2s, i the amp isnt even touched gain wise as its still on stock electrical, so i was comin to a stop light with the volume half way up, all of a sudden it cuts out and the amp is blinking with the "Power" lite blinking also. Every few seconds the subs make a slight "thunk" sound and all of them move with this sound. Any ideas????Thanks guys.

Were your lights dimming? Sounds like you're having voltage issues...I hope you have the Big 3 done in 0 gauge, 0 gauge straight from the batt to the amp, and possibly an extra batt in the back.

i think the problem would be that its on stock electrical.. voltage droppin to low.

Well like i said the gain was barely even touched, bass boost at 0 same with deck settings, I dont have an extra bat or big 3 done yet, which is why i left the gain down to almost nothing. It was goin good for a few days and now its stuck blinking "power"

If its not fixed in the next week or so I can stop by and check it out but Im guessing its just voltage problems also, the amp just couldnt take it repeatibly

Those amps are sexy, and very nice amps, but total currenty hogs, thats why i got rid of mine! I had the big 3 done, two hc600s in the rear and a yellow top in the rear, with two runs of 1/0 gauge, and i was still having bad voltage drops, you need to get the big 3 done and a extra battery in the rear asap

Yeah ive realized the current hog part lol, im lookin for some new amps anyways, but i need to get my electrical up to par. This amp doesnt even get them moving really, craving more power.

Without knowing what HU you have, and how high you normally have it turned up, this means nothing. I keep my gains all the way down, but because I have a high voltage HU, I still get full power out of my amps with the volume at 65 out of 80...

great amp. 3000/9=333.3 watts each. Should move the eds decently.
