does this amp do what it says or more im going to need 2 i have aourn 1000 for both amps that why i like these they will b pushing 2 18 btls loaded in about 18 cubes

The P series will put out their rated power, albeit at a significantly higher distortion level than listed. Despite the "3000-wat RMS" rating, check the manual and you will see that is a 14.4v "maximum" rating and the real "RMS" rating is 2680 watts. It should be able to achieve this output, but don't expect it at any THD level under 3-5% or so. Of course, at that listening level you probably won't care all that much.

Do not hook it up at 1 ohm. It is essentially a pair of P1500.1 in one chassis. A resistive 1 ohm power test is enough to blow up some stuff (several rectifiers to be exact) in a P1500.1 so I wouldn't try a 0.5 ohm nominal load on it, or a 1 ohm load on the P3000. At the rated 2 ohm nominal load the P3000 will be okay, same for the P1500 at the rated 1 ohm nominal load.

On those Massives, they're straight up amps, just do what they're rated and thats it....which is kinda nice at least that they dont lie about what they can and cant do.
