Good amp, will putout it's rated power.

It's 2680 @ 2 ohms RMS if look in the manual. The 3000 rating is a 14.4 volt "dynamic" figure.

Pros = Cheap for the power, efficient

Cons = Not friendly to lower than rated impedance, sometimes can even have problems on a difficult "rated load"

Overall a good amp, just don't expect more than the rated specs from it and you'll be good to go.
